A Community Built on
Faith & Family
Fields of Harvest is more than a co-op β it's a family. Every Friday in Portage, Indiana, homeschooling families come together to share their gifts, encourage one another, and give their children friendships and experiences that last a lifetime. If you've been searching for your people, you've found them.
Faith-Centered
Every class, every outing, every gathering is rooted in Christian values. We nurture the whole child β heart, mind, and spirit β so they grow up grounded in what matters most.
Parent-Led
You are your child's best teacher β and here, that's celebrated. Parents bring their unique talents to the table, and together we create something none of us could do alone.
Curriculum-Free
Already using a curriculum you love? Great β keep it! We're here to enrich and expand your family's journey, not replace it.
Our Philosophy
We don't follow a single curriculum or method β because we believe great homeschooling looks different for every family. What we do share is a set of core values that guide everything we do together.
Whole-Child Learning
We believe education is more than academics. Social skills, character, creativity, and faith development are just as important as math and reading.
Child-Led Curiosity
Children learn best when they're genuinely interested. We create environments that spark wonder and allow kids to explore at their own pace.
Community as Curriculum
Learning alongside others β of different ages, backgrounds, and abilities β is itself a profound education. Our multi-age setting builds empathy, leadership, and lifelong friendships.
Scripture as Foundation
God's Word shapes how we see the world. Whether it's science, history, or art, we view every subject through the lens of a Creator who made it all.
